You can cancel your CryptoSync subscription at any time via your Billing Portal. Simply follow these steps:
Click on the Support icon at the bottom-right corner of the CryptoSync website.
Choose Manage my subscription.
You will be redirected to the Stripe portal, where you can cancel your subscription immediately.
Refund Policy:
CryptoSync offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund, simply cancel your subscription via Stripe and contact us via the website chat mentioning "Refund Request".
Please note:
After the 7-day period, no automatic refunds will be processed.
